1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Vidborg Ltd., 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UNITED KINGDOM (hereinafter referred to as "Website Operator"). The following provisions apply exclusively to contracts concluded through the online shop between the Website Operator and the customer.

2. Responsibility and Contracting Parties

The Website Operator is responsible for the content of the online shop. Vidborg Ltd. is responsible for offering the goods, pricing, and contract mediation.

Manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and collection are carried out by Look Design Werbung, Südring 22a, 06667 Weißenfels, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

3. Conclusion of Contract and Payment Terms

All T-shirts offered in the online shop are individually made-to-order items produced after the customer places an order. The contract is concluded exclusively by advance payment. The contract becomes effective only when full payment of the purchase price has been received by the Service Provider.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices in the online shop are final prices and include the statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs will be separately indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery Conditions

Shipping is initiated after payment is received. The Service Provider is responsible for manufacturing, shipping, and fulfilling the orders.

6. Custom Manufacturing and Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Since each T-shirt is custom-made, exchanges or returns are excluded. This also applies to the statutory right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees that there is no right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The Service Provider is not liable for minor deviations in the delivered goods regarding color and design compared to the presentation in the online shop, as these may result from different screen settings.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment is received.

9. Applicable Law

All legal relationships between the Service Provider and the customer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10. Data Protection

The customer's data will be used exclusively for processing the order and will be handled in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Data will only be shared with third parties to the extent necessary for fulfilling the contract.

11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory regulations.
